AZZURX™ IS A 100%
ALL-NATURAL TOPICAL TREATMENT
for cold sores, fever blisters, and outbreaks caused by the herpes virus. AZZURX is designed to stop an outbreak when applied upon the first onset.

Do I have herpes?

Herpes is highly contagious and easily spread by contact. If you have any of the symptoms, see your doctor for help in understanding your condition. There is currently no cure for herpes. Even when you have no symptoms you can give herpes to someone else. Initially, most people have outbreaks several times a year. Over time, however, outbreaks become less frequent. Medicines like AZZURX are made to help your body fight the virus, lessen symptoms, and decrease the duration of outbreaks.

Are cold sores caused by herpes simplex type 1 (HSV-1)?

Yes. HSV-1 most commonly causes cold sores around the mouth. But it can also cause genital herpes. HSV type 2 (HSV-2) is the usual cause of genital herpes, but it also can infect the mouth.

How is herpes spread?

HSV spreads by direct contact. Some people have no symptoms, while others get sores near the area where the virus has entered the body. Both HSV-1 and HSV-2 are most contagious when sores are present, but can also be transmitted when no symptoms are felt or visible.

What causes outbreaks?

The virus may reactivate many times. Reactivation of a latent oral or genital HSV infection may be triggered by a fever, menstruation, emotional stress, or suppression of the immune system (due to medication, illness, etc.). An episode of cold sores can also develop after physical trauma, such as a dental procedure or overexposure of the lips to sunlight. Often, the trigger is unknown.

What is a typical outbreak cycle?

Cold sores typically develop on the lips. Before a cold sore appears, people usually feel a tingling at the site, lasting from minutes to a few hours, followed by redness and swelling. Usually, fluid-filled blisters form and break open, leaving sores. The sores quickly form a scab. After about a week, the scab falls off and the episode ends.

Recurrences of a genital herpes outbreak begin with symptoms (local tingling, discomfort, itching, or aching in the groin) that precede blisters by several hours to 2 to 3 days. Painful blisters surrounded by a reddish rim appear on the skin or mucous membranes of the genitals. The blisters quickly break open, leaving sores. Blisters may also appear on the thighs or buttocks or around the anus. In women, blisters may develop on the vulva. These blisters are usually obvious and very painful. Internal blisters may develop in the vagina or on the cervix. They are less painful and are not visible. A typical episode of recurring genital herpes lasts a week.

How can I avoid spreading herpes?

Because HSV infection is contagious, people with infection of the lips should avoid kissing as soon as they feel the first tingling (or, if no tingling is felt, when a blister appears) until the sore has completely healed. They should not share a drinking glass and, if possible, should not touch their lips. They should also avoid oral sex.

People with genital herpes should use a condom during every sexual encounter. Even when there are no visible blisters and no symptoms, the virus may be present on the genitals and can be spread to sex partners. When symptoms are present, abstain from sexual activity.

Answers to common questions about AZZURX

When do I use AZZURX?

Apply the first dose of AZZURX when you experience the first tingle of a pending outbreak. Repeat every 12 hours, as needed. In most cases, AZZURX will stop the outbreak. Once the skin is broken, it will take time to heal, but the sooner you begin therapy with AZZURX, the faster your skin will heal.

If your outbreak has begun and a blister has formed, you can still use AZZURX for relief and healing. Repeat every 24 hours, as needed.

My symptoms stopped after the first dose of AZZURX—can I stop using it?

To ensure a complete healing process, continue to apply all three doses of AZZURX in the package. (If applied at first tingle, reapply every 12 hours; if initial application was post-outbreak, apply every 24 hours.)

For what kind of herpes is AZZURX therapy effective?

AZZURX provides relief and accelerates healing of symptoms resulting from either HSV-1 and HSV-2 outbreaks. However, AZZURX is for EXTERNAL USE only and should not be used near the eyes or internally.

What results can I expect from AZZURX?

If applied at the first tingle, AZZURX will usually stop an outbreak before it starts or stop an outbreak in progress. For most people, it will also dramatically reduce the time it takes for symptoms to heal. However, for some people AZZURX will not be effective, so we offer a money-back guarantee if you don’t get the results you want.

Even for people who have great results with AZZURX, herpes outbreaks triggered by trauma (injury, tattoos, etc.) are more difficult to stop. If you have a severe outbreak that has been active for more than a week, AZZURX may not be optimally effective.

Can I use an applicator more than once?

NO. Each AZZURX applicator has the exact dose needed, works immediately upon contact with your skin, and should be discarded right after use. Cold sores and fever blisters, especially with an outbreak of open sores, is highly contagious. The applicators should never be used more than once and should never be shared.

How fast does AZZURX work?

The sooner you apply AZZURX, the faster it will work. You should start to see results within 24 hours.

How many applications should I do for each outbreak?

Our research shows that using 3 applicators is the ideal treatment, so that’s why we’ve packaged AZZURX in a convenient 3-pack. We recommend using all 3 applicators to ensure optimal effectiveness, even if your outbreak stopped after the first application. However, everyone is different, so if you feel that AZZURX is working for you, but you have used all 3 applicators, you can certainly continue to use AZZURX until you feel the outbreak is healed.

What if I’m not satisfied with my AZZURX purchase?
